His Excellency Dr. Fawaz Al-Alamy is a distinguished advisor, thought leader, and global representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in matters of trade, industry, and business development. He has held numerous key positions, including Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry and the Kingdom’s Chief Trade Negotiator to the World Trade Organization (WTO).
Dr. Al-Alamy currently serves as Chairman of the Global Trade Consulting Office, the HRH Prince Mugrin Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee, and Rawafid Al-Hadarah Company. His past directorships include leading institutions such as the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority, and the Saudi Engineering Council.
In addition to his government and corporate leadership, Dr. Al-Alamy is a celebrated academic and author. He has written two influential books: Understanding Globalization and The Accession of Saudi Arabia to the WTO, and serves as a visiting professor in Trade Law at London City University.
Dr. Al-Alamy holds a B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Energy Physics from the United Kingdom, along with an advanced degree in Finance and Economics from Stanford University in the United States.
As Chairman of GeoChem Arabia, he brings invaluable strategic insight, global policy expertise, and governance leadership to guide the company’s mission of delivering excellence in Testing, Inspection, and Certification services.

Roy Skaria is a dynamic and visionary executive with over two decades of leadership experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry across the Middle East and Asia.
He began his professional journey with Intertek, where he developed strong technical and operational foundations. He later held senior leadership roles at SGS, contributing to business growth, operational excellence, and team development across various regions and industry sectors.
Roy is known for his ability to build high-performing teams, deliver consistent results, and lead with integrity and innovation. His approach blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, always focused on delivering value to clients.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. He has also completed executive programs in General Management at the MIT Sloan School of Management and in Mergers and Acquisitions at Imperial College London.
